On Your Knees is technically a devotional, but of the rare sort that busts the false binary of sacred and profane—breaking it wide open with a grin and a groan, until holiness drips where you least expect it. These pages don’t tidy up your prayers; they mess them up in the best way. Prayer here is sweaty and shameless, tangled with longing, shot through with flesh. Kneeling becomes less about submission to respectability and more about surrender to desire, risk, and love fierce enough to bruise.
This is devotion for those who know God is not a sanitized abstraction but a dangerous intimacy, a presence that touches nerve and marrow.
